Agreement to Terms

By using California Grooming's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

California Grooming provides professional pet grooming services including baths, haircuts, nail trimming, and other related services. All services are provided by certified and trained groomers.

Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet exhibits aggressive behavior

Health and Safety

• All pets must be current on vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella for dogs; Rabies and FVRCP for cats)
• Pet owners must disclose any health conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or health issues that become apparent during grooming
• Emergency veterinary care will be sought if necessary, and owners will be responsible for associated costs

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are subject to change based on pet size, coat condition, and behavior.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety and comfort, grooming services carry inherent risks. California Grooming is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred during or after grooming, except in cases of proven negligence.
